About Bruce
Bruce Stark has been in the real estate business since 1995 and has the designation of GRI. He was an associate broker with with one of Ithaca's largest real estate firms before becoming independent in 2005. He specializes in listing homes on the Internet, especially the MLS.
He is an Ithaca resident since 1973 and previously owned and operated his own retail business before going into real estate. Bruce knows Ithaca, The Fingerlakes and Tompkins County.
Bruce is active at the Ellis Hollow Community Center, and in his spare time he enjoys computing, hiking, reading, and gardening.
In the community and in the real estate business, Bruce is known as a listener who weighs situations carefully before acting. He is user-friendly and makes absolutely no pressure calls.
